My name is Richard Harrah, I have been in the limousine business for over 10 years. I started out by detailing limousines which I did for about a year, after that I became a driver until a position opened up in the reservation department. After a year in that position I was asked to become the office manager where I would be in charge of the whole operation. I ran the office all the way up until the business was sold. That is when I start my own limousine business.

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our service. By doing this we offer our customer a 100% customer satisfaction. Now we do understand some things happen that is out of our control and we can't help that. Now if it's our negligence then that another story. And we believe you shouldn't have to pay 100% of the cost. Example, if the drive shows up fifteen minute after the original pick up time, we will give you that one hour for free. So when you are calling around for the best deal asks if they offer a 100% satisfaction and asks for it in written.
